Lovely Lemon Rosemary Sauce

This is a super simple sauce that is great paired with chicken, pork, fish, and vegetables.  It's a multi-tasker, and a keeper!!

You need:

1 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
1 lemon, zested and juiced
2 sprigs rosemary, leaves only OR 1 t. dried rosemary.

Stir everything together in a small saucepan.  Heat until thickend, about 5 minutes, stirring often.  Remove from heat and serve immediately.


I served it with the Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken and on the broccoli.
